Approach

An integrative approach to therapy, where understanding leads to meaningful change.

Difficult thoughts and emotions are often trying to get your attention. Rather than treating them as isolated problems, we look at what may be beneath them: the needs, boundaries, experiences, and beliefs that shape how you see yourself and respond to the world.

In therapy, we explore the patterns that have shaped how you think, feel, relate, and respond. We identify what still supports your life and what may be keeping you stuck, so understanding can lead to clearer choices and real change.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help with what is happening day to day, while also making room for deeper reflection.

Together, we turn insight into clearer choices, healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and meaningful changes you can carry into your life.

“Thoughts are the shadows of our feelings.”
