Helping you cross the threshold into who you're becoming.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or simply a sense that something no longer fits, therapy gives you a place to understand what's happening and the support to take real steps forward, into who you're becoming.
I work with adult individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and meaningful life transitions.
A thoughtful, integrative approach to therapy.
The goal isn't to silence what you're feeling. It's to understand it, question it, and challenge the patterns that are no longer serving you. A racing mind, a short temper, or a low mood is usually pointing toward something rather than malfunctioning on its own.
The work is to understand what those signals may be revealing: a need that has been ignored, a boundary that has been crossed, a painful experience that still carries weight, or a version of yourself you may have outgrown. Together, we look at the beliefs, roles, and expectations that have shaped you and begin separating what still feels true from what no longer belongs.
Change can involve an uncertain period where the old way of living has loosened, but the new way is not yet fully clear. Therapy offers a steady space to work through that uncertainty without rushing it.
In practice, this means combining tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, which help with what is happening day to day, with a closer look at the patterns underneath. Together, we turn insight into clearer choices, healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and meaningful changes you can carry into your life.
